Vintage Colonial Old English People Town Linen Tablecloth

A lovely and unusual vintage tablecloth. The center has a folk art design of flowers and vines. The border has a colonial or Old English town. People are dressed in 1700's garb. The men in wigs or tricorne hats. The woman beautiful, full skirted dresses, matching hats and handbags. They are strolling in a town and some are a horse drawn carriage. The corners have a scene of a maid sweeping while speaking with a young man smoking a pipe. A ribbon and a bow in each corner brings it all together. Lots of detail in red, gray and black color against white.

This vintage tablecloth measures 50 by 49 inches. Linen. Bright and vibrant colors. Has a slight lighten line in one area as shown in the photo. Very minor age yellowing. Nothing noticeable unless held to a window. Over all great condition. Very striking and showy!
